In October 2015, I read through the BVOV magazine. There was an article that featured Dr. Don Colbert. After I finished reading it, I was stirred to take action. I began exercising self-control and removed gluten, sugar and dairy from my diet. At the time, I weighed 250 pounds. A year later, I was healed from morbid obesity, high blood pressure, chronic pain, fatigue and sleep apnea. I now weigh 138 pounds and have been keeping my weight at this level for six years.
